Introduction¶
Before visiting a client, quickly understand the company’s background, operational developments, and risk clues, organize issues that need verification, and generate a traceable pre-visit report. This plugin uses Qichacha MCP data in native DeepSeek Harness conversations and provides Host progress tracking, fixed-routing calls, entity confirmation, and downloadable reports.
Core Features¶
The plugin mainly includes the following capabilities:
- Data Collection: Confirm the corporate entity and organize an objective data summary and coverage scope based on visit objectives.
- Evidence Verification: Distinguish facts, inferences, supporting evidence, and counter-evidence, highlighting risk clues and items to be confirmed.
- Reports and Follow-up Visits: Preview online, export HTML, Word, PDF; view history, continue due diligence, and preserve report versions.
- Workbench: Provides a five-stage workbench (entity and objective, scope confirmation, data collection, evidence verification, material output). Better Sidebar is an optional workbench dependency and is not installed by default.
- Prompt Generator: Guides the user to fill in visit target, role, and objectives, and generates a prompt.
- Qichacha MCP Toolchain: Provides MCP invocation capabilities for companies, risks, intellectual property, operations, directors/supervisors/senior management, etc.
- Eight-Section Pre-Visit Due Diligence Report: Generates a complete report including core assessment, industry positioning, recent developments, business hypotheses, red-line cautions, mandatory on-site questions, outreach opening, and coverage explanation.
Installation and Prerequisites¶
Before installation, ensure the environment meets the following requirements:
- Node.js: 22.19+ or 24 LTS.
- DeepSeek Harness (DSH):
- Stable baseline: DSH 0.1.1-rc.2 / Connector 0.2.32.
- Candidate baseline: DSH 0.1.2-rc.1 / Connector 0.2.37.
- Better Sidebar: An optional dependency, not installed by default. If you need to use the visual workbench, manually install the corresponding version.
The installation command is as follows:
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-pre-duediligence@0.1.40
If you want to use the one-click installation script:
bash <(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/duhu2000/dsh-pre-duediligence/main/install.sh)
If you want to enable the Better Sidebar workbench:
DSH_PREVISIT_WORKBENCH=on bash <(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/duhu2000/dsh-pre-duediligence/main/install.sh)
Notes¶
- Capability Boundaries: Pre-visit research is not equivalent to a complete AML/KYB, audit, or credit conclusion.
- Permissions and Rate Limiting: The provider’s own account quota, product permissions, and rate limits still apply.
- Manual Disambiguation: Multiple candidate entities must be disambiguated manually; the plugin does not automatically select one.
- Confidence Limitations: At the public data stage, the expression “high confidence” is prohibited.
- Compatibility: Better Sidebar is an optional dependency and is not installed by default. Before installation, confirm that the DSH and Connector versions are compatible.
Usage¶
After installation, open “Pre-Visit Due Diligence” from the DSH left-hand menu. Use the prompt generator to fill in the visit target, role, and objectives, check the scope and output requirements, and then send the task.
Sending the task indicates consent to continuously call Qichacha MCP within the fixed business routing, without secondary confirmation or being blocked by plugin call limits; if the search returns multiple entities, you must select a single legal entity. The system will generate an eight-section pre-visit due diligence report and support exporting it in HTML, Word, PDF, and other formats.
