Introduction¶
In the DeepSeek Harness ecosystem, plugins play a key role in extending agent capabilities. When an agent needs to retrieve basic knowledge about programming paradigms (such as object-oriented programming or functional programming), hard-coding it directly is not only difficult to maintain but also hard to scale quickly. dsh-dev-paradigms aims to solve this problem.
What Is This¶
This is a DSH plugin maintained by uckkk, focused on managing and querying programming paradigm entries. It provides quick retrieval of common programming paradigms through local data and does not involve network requests.
Core Features¶
list_paradigm: Lists the currently available programming paradigm entries.get_paradigm: Retrieves details of a specific programming paradigm by id or name.
Installation and Activation¶
dsh plugin add github:uckkk/dsh-dev-paradigms
After installation is complete, the plugin becomes active in the current DSH session.
Typical Usage¶
After installation, simply call the tools registered by the plugin directly in the session. An agent can use list_paradigm to retrieve all entries, or use get_paradigm to query detailed information about a specific paradigm.
Use Cases and Notes¶
- Use Cases: Ideal for agent scenarios that require frequent lookups of programming paradigm definitions, or as a foundational component of a knowledge-base plugin.
- Note: This plugin is implemented in pure Node and has no network dependencies. It runs with the permissions of the current dsh process; before installation, be sure to review the source code and license (MIT) to ensure it meets your deployment environment requirements.
Conclusion¶
This plugin leverages localized data storage to provide agents with a lightweight programming paradigm reference capability. For more details and source code, visit the plugin directory or GitHub repository.
