In the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) ecosystem, plugins are the primary way to extend capabilities. The community catalog is an independent site and is not affiliated with DeepSeek or official applications. If you need to retrieve local static information about a specific city (such as Berlin) without making network requests, you can use dsh-berlin-city.

This is a plugin maintained by uckkk for retrieving information about the city of Berlin. The author is istone ad571@qq.com. It is a pure Node.js implementation with no network dependencies.
