DeepSeek Harness (DSH) adopts a plugin-based architecture, with the Web interface serving as its core interaction entry point. During debugging or high-frequency command operations, keyboard and mouse input can be inefficient and often lacks intuitive feedback. The plugin introduced below maps game controller input to deeply integrate DualSense button operations with DSH’s Web interface, enabling visual button feedback and command dispatch.
Plugin Positioning¶
dsh-client-ui-vibecontroller is a client-side plugin maintained by squirrelbullet. It runs on top of DSH’s Web UI and provides a floating DualSense controller overlay that highlights the currently pressed buttons and directly triggers the corresponding commands from the controller.
Core Features¶
- Real-time overlay: Displays the real-time state of the DualSense controller in the Web GUI.
- Left stick (L3) control: Move the left stick to reposition the plugin on the interface; hold down the left stick to view the list of functions bound to all buttons.
- Options button settings: Press the Options button to open the settings panel and adjust the overlay’s display size and opacity.
Installation¶
Before installing, make sure that pnpm is included in your system PATH, because the dsh plugin command depends on it. Run the following command to add the plugin:
dsh plugin --profile web add github:squirrelbullet/dsh-client-ui-vibecontroller
Usage¶
- Move and view bindings: Move the left stick (L3) to adjust the plugin’s position on the screen. Hold down the left stick (L3) to view the function currently mapped to each button.
- Adjust display: Press the Options button and adjust the display size and opacity in the settings panel.
Notes¶
This plugin runs with the permissions of the current DSH process. Before installing it, it is recommended to review its source code to ensure it meets your security expectations. The license is MIT.
Summary¶
This plugin provides a game-controller-based interaction method for DSH Web development and debugging, making it suitable for users who need intuitive button feedback or are accustomed to using a controller. For more details, see its GitHub repository.
