Introduction¶
The design philosophy of DeepSeek Harness (DSH) is “everything is a plugin,” with workflow capabilities extended through plugins. When building DSH Agent workflows, the conclude (closing) action is usually triggered after the task has finished executing. If the environment state of the workspace changes between when the Agent starts working and when it concludes the workflow—for example, if files are accidentally deleted or configurations are overwritten—the Agent may end the workflow in an incorrect environment. The dsh-verify-gate plugin is designed to address this issue by ensuring that the workspace must successfully run the specified verification commands before the workflow is concluded.
Plugin Overview¶
- Plugin name:
bluewhalei/dsh-verify-gate - Maintainer:
blueWhalei - Category:
Workflow - Core value: Before a DSH workflow executes the concluding action, it requires that a verification command be run in the current workspace; the concluding process can continue only if the verification passes.
Core Features¶
- Pre-gate control: Acts as a step in the workflow and blocks the subsequent concluding action.
- Command execution: Runs the specified verification command in the current workspace context.
- Status blocking: Decides whether to allow the workflow to continue based on the execution result of the verification command. The concluding action is triggered only when the verification command executes successfully—usually indicated by a return code of 0.
Installation and Activation¶
Currently, no official installation command is provided for this plugin. When using it, the plugin must be integrated into the DSH environment through other means.
Typical Usage¶
No specific configuration examples or usage documentation are currently provided.
Conclusion¶
For DSH workflows that need to ensure environment consistency or perform automated test acceptance, dsh-verify-gate provides a reliable checkpoint. For more technical details and source code, please refer to:
