  • Full coverage of 38 document types: supports requests, reports, summaries, speeches, minutes, notices, letters, opinions, approvals, duty reports, research reports, Party lectures, briefings, and other 38 common official document types. After identifying the document type, the system automatically matches the corresponding structural framework.
  • Online knowledge base retrieval: adopts a zero-knowledge-base packaging model; 438,000 characters of structured official-document knowledge are retrieved through online APIs, covering structure, titles, key phrases, and sentence patterns.
  • GB/T 9704 formatting standard: built-in official document layout standards ensure that generated documents comply with requirements for fonts, font sizes, line spacing, and page margins, and can integrate directly with OA systems.
  • Anti-fabrication mechanism: when the knowledge base does not cover the information or information is missing, the system automatically labels numerical values, document numbers, names, and dates as [To Be Completed], avoiding fabricated content.
  • Template-guided prompting and audience profiling: provides dedicated fill-in templates and supports customizing writing style based on the audience (e.g., group executives, responsible leaders, inspection teams).

Typical Usage

Before use, registration must be completed to obtain invocation permissions. The specific steps are as follows:

    Users need to provide an email address, use the command-line script to complete registration, and receive the verification code.

    • Free: 10 usage credits per 7 days are granted upon registration.
    • Per-use: 2 yuan/use.
    • Annual package: 399 yuan/year (unlimited uses across 38 document types).

    Payment is via WeChat QR code scan; the QR code is generated in real time by the gateway.
