DeepSeek Harness (DSH) adopts an “everything is a plugin” architecture. When developing agents or writing code, project initialization often involves manually creating files such as LICENSE, .gitignore, or .editorconfig. The dsh-scaffold plugin aims to solve this repetitive task.
Plugin Purpose¶
dsh-scaffold is a pure Node-based DSH plugin maintained by uckkk. It provides a set of commands for automatically generating configuration files for common projects.
Core Features¶
This plugin provides the following tools:
- generate_license: Generates a
LICENSEfile, supporting types such as MIT, ISC, and Unlicense. - generate_gitignore: Generates a
.gitignorefile, supporting languages such as node, python, go, react, vue, and java. - generate_editorconfig: Generates an
.editorconfigfile.
Installation and Activation¶
Run the following command in a terminal to install it:
dsh plugin add github:uckkk/dsh-scaffold
After installation, the plugin is automatically registered in the current session and requires no additional setup.
Typical Usage¶
After installation, you can use it by calling the registered tool in a DSH session.
For example, add an MIT license to a project:
generate_license(type="MIT", author="istone")
Applicable Scenarios and Notes¶
This plugin is suitable for developers who need to rapidly initialize new projects or update basic project configuration.
Note: The plugin runs code locally with the permissions of the current DSH process. Before installing, be sure to review its source code and license to ensure it meets your security and compliance requirements.
