Introduction¶
One of the core design principles of DeepSeek Harness (DSH) is “everything is a plugin.” During development or when using DSH for conversations, if you need to handle Morse code encoding and decoding but do not have an existing conversion tool, you can quickly gain this capability through the plugin ecosystem. The dsh-morse plugin provides purely local encoding and decoding functionality and does not rely on any external network resources.
What Is This?¶
This plugin is maintained by uckkk and is a tool plugin for Morse code encoding and decoding. It encapsulates the encoding and decoding logic locally and integrates it directly into DSH’s tool invocation system.
Core Features¶
- Pure Node implementation: Built on the Node.js runtime environment.
- No network required: All conversion logic is completed locally and no network requests are initiated.
- No external services: It does not depend on third-party APIs or backend services.
Installation and Enablement¶
- Run the installation command:
dsh plugin add dsh-morse
- In the
package.jsonfile of your profile, ensure that thedsh.profile.bundlesfield contains"dsh-morse".
Typical Usage¶
After installation is complete, no additional configuration is required. You can use it by directly invoking the tool registered by the plugin in a DSH session.
Use Cases and Considerations¶
- Use cases: Development or debugging scenarios that require Morse code conversion in offline or local environments.
- Considerations: The plugin runs with the permissions of the current DSH process. Installing it means running third-party code on your local machine. Please review the source code yourself.
