Introduction¶
In DSH development workflows, fixed structured data is sometimes required, such as atomic numbers, relative atomic masses, or element categories. Calling network interfaces directly increases latency, while maintaining local dictionaries is not flexible enough. The dsh-hydrogen plugin is designed for this scenario. It builds complete hydrogen element data locally and provides querying capabilities through a pure Node.js implementation, without requiring network dependencies.
Plugin Introduction¶
This is a client-side plugin named dsh-hydrogen, whose core purpose is to provide local data query services for hydrogen element. The plugin is maintained by uckkk and licensed under MIT. It does not depend on external networks; all data computation and query operations are completed locally.
Core Features¶
The plugin provides two main query interfaces, for retrieving complete data and individual fields respectively.
- element_info: Returns complete data for hydrogen (Hydrogen). It includes name, element symbol, atomic number, relative atomic mass, category, group, period, state at room temperature, and electron configuration.
- element_field: Queries a single hydrogen data value by field name. This interface is designed for workflow data extraction, allowing developers to retrieve only the specific fields they need without fetching the full dataset.
Installation and Activation¶
The installation process is straightforward. Run the following command in the terminal to add the plugin to the current environment.
dsh plugin add github:uckkk/dsh-hydrogen
After installation, the plugin can be invoked in the DSH runtime environment.
Typical Usage¶
After installing the plugin, it can be called through the corresponding interfaces.
- Calling
element_inforetrieves complete hydrogen data, for display or as context input. - Calling
element_fieldand passing a field name (such assymbol,atomic_mass, etc.) precisely retrieves a single data value, suitable for complex business logic processing.
Use Cases and Considerations¶
- Dependency Requirements: To use this plugin, the following dependency requirements must be met:
- The version of
@deepseek-ai/cordismust be^4.0.1or higher. - The version of
@deepseek-ai/dsh-toolsmust be>=0.1.0-rc.6or higher.
- The version of
- Runtime Environment: The plugin is implemented in pure Node.js and does not contain network request logic.
- Security Recommendations: The plugin runs with the permissions of the current DSH process. Before installing, it is recommended to review the plugin source code and license information to ensure compliance with project standards.
