Preface¶
DeepSeek Harness (DSH) uses a plugin-based architecture and extends an agent’s toolset through plugins. When an agent needs to call business system APIs, additional invocation logic usually has to be written. The dsh-autocount-cloud plugin provides a ready-made set of tools for this, enabling DSH to interact directly with AutoCount Cloud connectors.
Plugin Overview¶
This plugin adds four tools to DSH for communicating with AutoCount Cloud API endpoints.
- Owner: Mac Soft Sdn Bhd - ricky@macsoft.my
- License: MIT
- Core capability: Invoke AutoCount Cloud connector commands.
Core Features¶
The plugin provides the following four tools:
-
autocount_command_schema
Read a single AutoCount Cloud command schema. -
autocount_submit_command
Submit a command to the connector queue. -
autocount_get_command
Read the status or result of a command by command ID. -
autocount_run_command
Submit a command and poll until the command completes, fails, or times out.
Installation and Enabling¶
Run the following command in a terminal to install the plugin:
dsh plugin --profile web add github:teckyuen/dsh-autocount-cloud
After installation, restart the DeepSeek Harness process to load the plugin.
Configuration¶
Before starting DSH, configure the following environment variables to connect to AutoCount Cloud:
AUTOCOUNT_CLOUD_URL=https://api.autocount.cloud
AUTOCOUNT_API_KEY=ak_xxx
AUTOCOUNT_CONNECTOR_ID=your-connector-id
AUTOCOUNT_COMPANY_ID=your-company-id
Do not commit these configuration items, which include API keys, to code repositories.
Typical Usage¶
When invoking tools in DSH, parameters can be passed in JSON format.
Example 1: Read debtor data
{
"type": "read-debtors",
"payload": {
"limit": 10
}
}
Example 2: Check the Payload before writing
{
"commandType": "create-cash-sale"
}
Security and Considerations¶
- This plugin only calls AutoCount Cloud API endpoints. It does not itself contain AutoCount credentials, customer data, or direct SQL access permissions.
- For write commands, whether saving data is ultimately allowed is determined by the AutoCount connector and the AutoCount SDK; the plugin is only responsible for submitting the request.
- Please make sure to review the plugin’s source code and license before installation.
Summary¶
dsh-autocount-cloud provides a standardized way for DeepSeek Harness to operate AutoCount Cloud through the DSH toolset. With tools such as autocount_run_command, developers can quickly build agent applications that involve interactions with accounting systems.
