Introduction

When using DeepSeek Harness (DSH) in the web interface, the composer card height is usually fixed. When handling long drafts, shrinking the window causes the bottom content to be cropped, making the last few lines invisible. The dsh-composer-resize plugin adds a drag handle to the top of the composer card, solving this interaction pain point.

Plugin Overview

This is a pure browser-side plugin implemented by anchoring stable data-* attributes in DSH. While dragging, the view remains anchored to the bottom of the text, so a long draft stays visible after being resized down.

Installation and Enablement

Use the official command to install the plugin:

After installation, restart DSH or hard refresh the webpage (Ctrl+F5) to load the new plugin.

Typical Usage

  1. Find the small drag handle on the top edge of the composer card.
  2. Drag up to increase the composer height, or drag down to decrease it.
  3. During dragging, the view remains anchored to the bottom of the text, ensuring the last few lines stay visible.
