In the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) development workflow, conversation context length often determines the difficulty and cost of model processing. The dsh-deepsea plugin turns this abstract metric into a concrete deep-sea fishing game: the longer the conversation, the deeper the dive; after each AI response, MiniMax generates a holographic marine creature card corresponding to the current depth.

This is a DSH Web plugin maintained by imkingjh999 and released under the MIT license. It uses DSH’s contextPressure (projectedTokens / contextWindow) data to drive hook depth and creature distribution in the game.

Core Features

Depth as utilization
Hook depth maps in real time to the current session’s contextPressure. The HUD displays depth percentage and tokens. As the number of conversation turns increases, the dive becomes deeper.

Four water zones × five oceans
The game includes four water zones: photic zone → twilight zone → midnight zone → abyssal zone. The ocean depth spans four screen heights; the camera follows the hook downward, and the water continuously darkens. It also supports one-click switching among the five oceans: Pacific, Atlantic, Indian, Arctic, and Southern Oceans. Each ocean has its own creature pool, water color, and BGM.

Holographic cards
MiniMax M3 is used to write creature biographies, and image-01 generates card art. The plugin uses Python (PIL + numpy) to bake a two-layer decoration—“diffraction texture + elliptical mask”—into each card, then recreates the light-shifting holographic effect in the browser with CSS blend modes.

Fish pond keeping
All caught fish are released into a multi-screen fish pond world, including roaming, zooming, dual-sine water-surface ripples, and island silhouettes.

Cloud sync for scores (optional)
It supports server-side adjudication of authoritative records via Cloudflare Worker + D1 (for example, dice-roll outcomes and card cooldowns). This feature is disabled by default and uses Ed25519 signatures.

Install and enable

Run the following command in your terminal to install the plugin:

dsh plugin --profile web add npm:dsh-deepsea

Or install it from GitHub:

dsh plugin --profile web add github:imkingjh999/dsh-deepsea

Configuration

The plugin needs to be configured in the DSH profile via cordis.patch.yml. You need to set the MiniMax API key, model names, and Python path.

- id: deepsea
  config:
    minimaxApiKeyEnv: MINIMAX_API_KEY # Key 解析链:此 env → MINIMAX_API_KEY → VISION_API_KEY → ~/.mmx/config.json
    workerUrl: https://deepsea.openclawd.qzz.io

Typical usage

Control hook depth
The hook depth is determined by the current session’s contextPressure: the longer the Context, the deeper the hook sinks.

Fish interaction
Clicking where fish overlap guarantees a touch; whether it counts as a catch is determined by a server-side roll (1/5). New divers have 1/2 beginner luck for the first 5 minutes. The 5-minute cooldown after a card hit is also determined by the server.

Switch oceans
Click the ocean tab at the top (Pacific / Atlantic / Indian / Arctic / Southern) to switch with one click. Each ocean has its own creature pool.

Notes

  • Runtime environment: This is a plugin for personal entertainment, and all functionality runs through the local DSH host. You need to provide your own MiniMax API key.
  • Python dependencies: Python must be installed, and PIL and numpy must be available in the environment to bake diffraction textures into each card.
  • Data storage: By default, cards are stored in ~/.dsh/deepsea. Score uploading is optional and disabled by default.
