Preface¶
In the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) ecosystem, building a project skeleton from scratch often requires manual handling of directory structure, configuration files, and engineering conventions. The dsh-preset-scaffold plugin provides an automated path from a requirement description to a runnable project skeleton. It includes an architect persona, a strict initialization workflow, and six sets of template assets.
Positioning¶
This is a DeepSeek Harness Agent preset designed to provide a standardized project initialization workflow. It covers the steps from “requirement description -> runnable project skeleton”: first confirm requirements, propose a plan, then generate code, install dependencies, and start verification.
Core Features¶
The plugin provides a complete set of engineering standards.
1. Strict workflow: includes scaffold-runbook, a strict five-stage initialization runbook.
2. Template assets: built-in six mainstream tech-stack templates: node-ts, react-vite, python, go, spring-boot, monorepo.
3. Engineering conventions: provides project-structure-best-practices and engineering-configuration-standard.
Installation and Enablement¶
Ensure the host environment meets the requirements: DSH 0.1.5-rc.2 or later, and Node.js >= 22.19.
As a plugin installation (recommended):
dsh plugin --profile web add "github:duyanta123/dsh-preset-scaffold#v0.1.4"
Or via npm:
npm install dsh-preset-scaffold
After installation, it can be used without restarting the session.
Typical Usage¶
- Start a new session and select the “Project Init Scaffold” preset.
- Describe the project in one sentence (stack, type, dependencies).
- Confirm requirements -> propose a plan -> generate/install dependencies -> start verification.
Notes¶
- The plugin runs with the permissions of the current dsh process.
- Changes to repository code need to be synchronized manually (run install.ps1 or manually Copy-Item).
Summary¶
This preset avoids engineering convention drift through a standardized workflow and provides out-of-the-box six sets of templates.
