DeepSeek Harness implements feature extension and UI customization through a plugin mechanism. The default Web UI provides basic interaction capabilities but lacks a distinct visual style. The dsh-fgo-chaldea plugin aims to provide a visual skin for the DSH Web UI based on the Chaldea style from Fate/Grand Order (FGO). By modifying the configuration layer and presentation layer, it meets users’ need for UI theme personalization.
The plugin is maintained by developer CharlesAQ. It leverages DeepSeek Harness’s official ctx.theme token API to handle color schemes, programmatically generates original star charts and magic circuit SVGs as backgrounds, and decorates the interface with gold engraved-line borders. The plugin itself does not contain any official FGO art assets; it only references the style.
Core Features¶
- Multi-theme color schemes: Provides 5 preset skins, including “Chaldea · Night/Morning”, “Artoria”, “Morgan”, and “Mash”.
- Procedurally generated backgrounds: The backgrounds are not static images; they are original star charts and magic circuit SVGs generated client-side in the browser via code.
- Visual decorations: Includes decorative elements such as gold engraved-line borders.
- Accessibility support: Background animations support the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query and respect users’ system settings. - State persistence: The selected skin is automatically saved to local storage and restored after a page refresh.
Installation and Activation¶
Before installation, ensure that DeepSeek Harness is installed and running, with a version of 0.1.0-rc.6 or higher.
Use the following command to add the plugin to the Web configuration:
dsh plugin --profile web add github:your-name/dsh-fgo-chaldea
After installation, restart the dsh web process. In a browser, visit http://127.0.0.1:3080, go to Settings → General Settings → FGO Chaldea, and select one of the 5 skins listed.
Notes¶
- Scope: The plugin only modifies the UI presentation layer; it does not read or modify sessions, model requests, or workspace data.
- Asset sources: The plugin does not contain official FGO art assets (such as character illustrations, icons, or fonts); all visual elements are fan-made or programmatically generated.
- License: The code and generated background images are released under the MIT License.
